Industrial Controls Consulting (ICC) was formed in 1990 by Tom Bullock. ICC provides consulting on all facets of industrial machine control and factory automation, including strategic planning and market research, servo seminars and schools, technical expertise in servo and motion control, expert witness services in the area of motion control and applications, equipment divestiture and acquisition searches, and key employee referrals.

The staff of ICC also includes George Younkin, a Registered Professional Engineer and 1991 Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, who joined in 1992 with over forty years of experience in the industry; and Jonathan "Josh" Bullock, who worked for three years in control product design before joining ICC in 1990, and is currently an instructor of management, marketing, and market research at Marian College, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
