Warranty and Non-Warranty Repair Policy

- Scope:
The repair policy is
designed for efficient and expeditious handling of all products. It utilizes predetermined repair charges for
non-warranty repairs of all repairable products.
- Warranty: The CTC Warranty policy is incorporated into
our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. CTC manufactured electronics have a warranty period of up to two years. Non-CTC manufactured products typically have
a warranty period of one year.
- Return authorization: Prior to
returning any products for repair, authorization must first be received from
Control Technology’s Customer Support Center. Please contact your Sales Administrator, at:

The Sales Administrator will require the following information in order to issue a Return Material Authorization number:
- CTC part number
- CTC serial number
- Reason for return, including conditions/symptoms of product failure
- The name, phone, and fax of contact for questions
- The complete billing address, for invoices
- The complete shipping address for shipping back the repaired product
- The preferred shipping method
- Purchase order covering the fixed repair fees for all products returned. Note that warranty repairs will NOT be invoiced.
After receiving the above information, an RMA number will be issued.
