Products Software  Compatibility Notice CT software modules released after June 1, 2004 have certain background communication features that require all devices running CT software on a common network to be using compatible software. When using one or more devices on the same network running CT HMI, CT AMS, or CT Server all devices should be upgraded to a software release dated June 2004 or later. Additionally all devices should be running the JVM 1.4.2 release that can be obtained from CTC or directly from the SUN website. There is no charge for these upgrades. If you have any questions about the compatibility of your system installation, contact CTC customer support for further assistance. |
